Feeling: So much to do so much to see so much to do so much to see

Hi!
Today's blog post comes along with two drawing uploads! The reason for this is that I threw those two pictures together to serve as prints for tabling at Artist Alley, which I did today!
About two months ago I was out for dinner with some friends, and two of them informed me of the existence of Mattarikon, a very small 1-day throwback-con in Stockholm. I saw that they had an Artist Alley space, and thought... I've only tabled once before ever, 11 years ago, and I don't have it in me to do it as a long-time thing, but this event seems very small and low stakes and approachable for giving it a try again, it could be fun. I sent off an email applying for a spot, and I have some mixed feelings about the application process which I won't go into here, but I ended up getting a table, and I prepared a couple of pictures as A4 prints.
The event was today, and it was pleasant! Not a lot of sales, which was expected because of the very small size of the con, but actually had more sales than I would've thought. Had some nice interactions, other tablers were friendly. I might do it again!
In other news, I put Linux Mint on my computer now. Mostly painless, although I haven't gotten my stupid Microsoft-branded 8bitdo Lite SE Xbox accessibility contorller working yet. Other than that I haven't really had any particular issues, I think you could easily put this system on a computer for any mom who just needs a browser to read facebook and access their gmail. Being on Linux means I'm switching my art software to Krita though! I used Clip Studio for... 10 years? But it doesn't have a native Linux version, and while you could Wine it I read that some people had problems getting tablet functions to work right through Wine, and I honestly don't mind going through the learning process of using a new software. It could be fun, switch things up. Haven't actually sat down and gotten started with it though LOL, work is in hell season right now, excited to do it soon hopefully. I am generally very exhausted but feeling like I have some drive to do stuff when I get the energy.
